TICKETS
Ticket sales begin on Sunday, May 31, 2026.
Tickets are only available in advance on our website. There may still be a box office depending on the capacity of the location.
There are different tickets for the XGEAR Summer Edition:
- Summer Ticket – (Price levels €39.90/€44.90/€49.90) Box office €60, if tickets are still available.
- Weekend Package – (Price tiers €99.90 / €109.90 / €129.90)
- Summer Lounge Friday – €9.90
- Dinner including Summer Lounge Ticket – €39.90
- One-way ticket breakfast on Saturday - 17,90€
- One-way ticket breakfast on Sunday - 17,90€
In addition, we are also offering a professional photo shoot for the XGEAR Summer Edition:
- Professional Photoshoot - €15 (incl. 3 Digital Photos)
All tickets are personalized and cannot be transferred without a rewrite. Rewriting tickets is possible up to 48 hours before the event for a fee of 5€ possible. To do this, contact our support team by email (info@xgear.events).
All tickets and ticket packages are non-returnable.
The weekend package includes the following services:
- Admission ticket for XGEAR On Friday and Saturday
- BBQ Dinner (see menu plan) excl. drinks on Friday evening on the premises including access to the Summer Lounge
- Rich Breakfast at MOTO59 on Saturday from 09:00 to 12:00
- Rich Breakfast at MOTO59 on Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00
HOTEL
We do not currently offer any hotel packages with accommodation included.
DURING THE EVENT
The very large, free parking lot in front of the location offers enough space for cars to park.
There is a paid cloakroom on site:
- 3€ small bags and jackets (per bag/jacket, flat rate for check-in and check-out, as long as the checkroom tag is not removed)
- €5 Large bags over 40x40x30cm (e.g., 24MX bag, flat rate for check-in and check-out as long as the cloakroom tag is not removed)
There are large dressing rooms on site.
XGEAR Summer Edition offers a large outdoor Mainstage (weather permitting) as well as the proven Ravestage indoors.
XGEAR offers you a photo wall, action areas with small surprises, mini-games, and a holding cell for our Tacticals. Additionally, there's an extensive program for the Summer Edition (more info coming soon).
Payment is cashless only throughout the venue, meaning by EC/credit card or contactless. At MOTO59, you can pay both cashless and with cash.
GASTRONOMY
The food and drink offer during the XGEAR Saturday event will follow shortly.

If you would like to attend the dinner, please book a ticket in advance if it is not already included in your event ticket.
The breakfast offer on Saturday and Sunday includes a buffet with various rolls and sweet baked goods, sausage, cheese, savory and sweet spreads (also vegan), fruit and vegetable selection as well as coffee, tea and orange juice.
The breakfast times are as follows:
Saturday 09:00 to 12:00
Sunday 10:00 to 13:00
If you would like to take part in one or both of the breakfasts on offer, please book a ticket in advance if it is not already included in your event ticket.
You always have the option of requesting a menu for allergy sufferers and people with intolerances during the booking process for tickets with a catering service. Please list your exact intolerances in the notes at the end of your order or contact our customer support directly with your order number at info@xgear.events.
AWARENESS AND HELP
There is an awareness team at the helpdesk in the location. You can also identify awareness personnel by their respective badges. The „SafeSpace Plus“ project team from Puppy NRW is supporting us with XGEAR with their know-how. The awareness team is available to you at any time during the event.
We want all our guests to feel comfortable. However, we must unfortunately inform you that our event venue and hall are currently Limited accessibility are.
The upper area, including the accessible restroom, can be reached by a stairlift. The outdoor area is at ground level. Unfortunately, the rave stage is not accessible.
Should you have any questions or need on-site support, please feel free to contact us in advance at info@xgear.events. We are trying to find a solution within the given parameters!
Lost items will be collected at the coat check during the event. For lost or found items, please contact our coat check team, or after the event, our customer support at info@xgear.events.
The GearFM team will provide you with all the information you need for your arrival on Friday and Saturday (e.g., travel and parking, breakfast or dining alternatives in the area, catering at the event, admission process, and exclusive advance information).
For the return journey on Sunday, the GearFM team will also provide you with original sound bites and reviews of the event. But of course there will also be cool music and hot beats in addition to information - further information on the broadcast program can be found at gearfm.gay.
RULES
Guests must have on their outfit at least a visible connection to kink, gear, pups, etc.
Fully non kinky casual outfits are not permitted, which means streetwear is only allowed if you add a kink themed item to it.
A pup hood, harness, or any other fetish gear piece is great.
Sportswear and sneakers with a fetish twist are perfect too.

Just keep in mind private parts (front) must be covered.
For all police and military fans: Wearing protected uniforms as well as official badges is prohibited and is at your own risk.
XGEAR is a safe space and social event. Any sexual acts at the event must be refrained from. This does not include the consensual sniffing or licking of sneakers or boots, leading someone on a leash, cuddling or being tied up.
Admission to the event is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. An official, original photo ID will be required for verification. The name on the ID must match the name registered in the system. Please remove your helmet or mask at the entrance to ensure quick admission.
Copies of identity cards, driving licenses, health cards and similar documents will not be accepted.
Our media team will be taking photos and filming during the event. The footage may be used for public relations purposes (in print, online or social media). There are “No Photo” stickers for guests who do not wish to be photographed or filmed. Please also contact our media team directly, as the sticker is not always directly visible in large crowds.
You can only take your own pictures with your smartphone. Please note the “No Photo” stickers and use the photo areas provided by us.
The following items are prohibited at the entire event:
- Bring your own drinks and food
- All types of mobility aids (exception: wheelchairs, walking frames, etc.)
- Corrosive, flammable or coloring substances (e.g. spray paint cans, deodorant spray, etc.) (except roll-on deodorant, pump sprays without propellant gas)
- Banners, signs, symbols or flyers of all kinds
- Illegal drugs and intoxicants as well as cannabis and poppers (including prohibition of consumption)
- Drones (flight objects)
- Flares / fireworks / pyrotechnics
- Bottles, hydration packs, cans and composite beverage cartons of all kinds
- Glass bottles and containers of all kinds (exception: perfumes, make-up, etc. up to 50ml)
- Large bags & rucksacks (to be handed in at the checkroom)
- Laser pointer (exception: laser classes 1 or 1M)
- Megaphones/fanfares/horns
- Objects with political statements
- Professional audio, photo or video equipment
- Umbrellas (to be handed in at the checkroom)
- Alcohol, gasoline or other flammable liquids
- Animals/Pets
- Dry ice
- Weapons of all kinds (also in a technical sense) (Blue Guns are permitted in the colors blue, yellow, white, and orange)
- Knives and scissors (first aid scissors, line cutters and side cutters are permitted)
- Baofeng radios (due to legal requirements) and additional devices listed here:

Upon admission, the organizer and the security personnel are entitled to prohibit the carrying of objects, including those not mentioned, if a potential danger or disturbance of the event can be assumed.
Prohibited items must be disposed of before admission or stored by guests outside the event grounds. The exception to this is storage in the car in the parking lot. Prohibited items may not be deposited in the checkroom, with the exception of the aforementioned exceptions "(to be handed in at the checkroom)". The guest must ensure that no prohibited items are carried at the entrance control. The organizer expressly points out that it is not possible to remove items from the disposal area. Any claim for compensation or return of the disposed items on the part of the organizer is excluded.
All weapons, simulated weapons and weapon-like objects are prohibited at the XGEAR. BlueGuns (dummy weapons made entirely of rubber or plastic and without function) are permitted.
In principle, all legal PMR and Freenet radios are permitted at the event. However, radios from the manufacturer BAOFENG have been banned in Germany almost without exception, which is why we unfortunately have to exclude this manufacturer from this permit.
